1. Overview

These Terms of Sales govern your purchase of services offered by Think Sage, including but not limited to resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, mentorship programs, courses, and workshops. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Offered

Think Sage provides the following digital services:

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) for Indian customers and US Dollars (USD) for international customers.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of purchase will be honored.

Payment must be completed in full before the service delivery begins.

We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and international payment gateways.

4. Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation serves as your receipt and acknowledgment of the service purchased. Delivery timelines will be communicated post-purchase.

5. Service Delivery

Resume Writing — First draft delivered within 8-9 business days after receiving the completed Customer Profile Form.

LinkedIn Optimization — Profile updates completed within 7-9 business days after form submission.

Private Cohort — Starts on the designated cohort start date communicated at the time of enrollment.

Courses — Instant access upon payment confirmation.

Workshops — Access provided on the scheduled date via the communicated platform.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients must:

Complete and submit the Customer Profile Form within 48 hours of purchase.

Provide accurate and complete information.

Respond to draft reviews and feedback requests within the specified timelines.

Note: Delays in client responses may result in extended delivery timelines.

7. Revisions & Modifications

Resume and LinkedIn services include up to 1 round of revision.

Revision requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the draft.

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be charged separately.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, templates, and materials provided by Think Sage remain the intellectual property of Think Sage. Clients are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their own career purposes. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of any materials is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Think Sage provides career guidance and professional services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job placements, salary increases, or interview calls. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and other external factors beyond our control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Sales are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
