Hi everyone, I want to share a milestone from my journey. Transitioning from Embedded Systems to GenAI felt overwhelming at first, and I had a lot of doubts. But with the cohort’s structure and Vijay’s guidance, I stayed consistent and kept improving. I’m happy to share that I’ve received an offer as a Senior GenAI Engineer at Orion Innovation. Truly grateful for the support and direction throughout this journey 🙏🏻

This cohort really changes the way you think and approach your career. The guidance is practical and focused on execution, not just theory. What stands out is the constant support and flexibility based on individual needs. At the same time, it pushes you to take responsibility and experiment on your own. Vijay is a great mentor who genuinely goes above and beyond to help you grow.

I had been working a regular 9-to-6 job for years and felt stuck with no clear direction. Joining this program helped me rethink my approach and rebuild my profile from scratch. The structure and accountability made it easier to stay consistent. Over time, I started seeing real results, and today I’m working remotely with much better opportunities and growth than before.

What made the biggest difference for me was the community and the structured approach. Instead of feeling lost, I had clear steps to follow and people to stay accountable with. The weekly progress and feedback helped me improve faster than I expected. Within a couple of months, I was able to land a remote role that aligned perfectly with what I was aiming for

I initially joined the workshop without many expectations, thinking it would be similar to others. But the frameworks & strategies shared were actually practical & easy to apply. I implemented the LinkedIn approach almost immediately and started seeing results within days. Getting multiple interview calls so quickly gave me a lot of confidence and clarity on what works.
