1. Overview
At Think Sage, we are committed to delivering high-quality career services. We understand that circumstances may change, and this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.
2. Digital Courses & Bundles
All digital courses and course bundles are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Since courses are delivered digitally and access is provided immediately upon purchase, refunds cannot be processed after delivery.
If you experience technical issues accessing your course, contact us within 48 hours of purchase for assistance.
3. Resume Writing & LinkedIn Optimization
Before work begins — A refund is available if you cancel before submitting the Customer Profile Form and before any work has commenced. A 3% payment gateway charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.
After work begins — Once the Customer Profile Form has been submitted and our team has started working on your deliverables, refunds are not available.
Revisions — If you are unsatisfied with the draft, you are entitled to up to 2 rounds of revisions included in your package.
Dissatisfaction after revisions — If you remain unsatisfied after all included revision rounds, the case will be reviewed on a merit basis by our management, and an appropriate resolution will be decided accordingly.
4. Private Cohort Mentorship Program
Before cohort starts — A full refund is available if you withdraw at least 7 days before the cohort start date.
Within 3 days of cohort start — A 50% refund may be issued if you withdraw within the first 3 days of the program.
After 3 days — No refunds will be issued once 3 days have passed from the cohort start date, as mentors and resources have been allocated.
Deferrals — In genuine cases, you may request a one-time deferral to a future cohort (subject to availability and approval).
5. Workshops
Free workshops — No payment is collected, so no refund applies.
Paid workshops — All registrations are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including after attending the workshop or missing it.
6. 1-to-1 Strategy & Coaching Calls
Cancellations — Payments are non-refundable. However, if you inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled call, you can reschedule your session once.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the call are non-refundable.
Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to mentor availability.
7. How to Request a Refund

Your full name and registered email address
Order / transaction ID
Service purchased
Reason for refund request
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
International payments may take additional time depending on the payment provider.
9. Exceptions
Think Sage reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Any exceptions granted do not set a precedent for future requests.
